ShareTheCaregiving™ , Inc. (“Share The Care™”) invites you to use its group collaboration web site (the "web site"). On this web site, Share The Care™ makes a variety of tools available for groups who are following the Share The Care™ model of group caregiving.

OUR PRIVACY POLICY

Share The Care™ always respects the privacy of your personal information. The information is highly protected and is stored in a secure and controlled environment. By using this site, you consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy. The United States Department of Commerce and the European Commission have agreed on a set of data protection principles and frequently asked questions (the ‘Safe Harbor Framework’) to enable U.S. companies to satisfy European Union (EU) law requirements for adequate protection of personal information transferred from the European Economic Area to the United States. HOW SHARE THE CARE™ WILL PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Notice, Choice, and Onward Transfers. Share The Care™ requests general information in the sign-up process. This information is limited to reporting purposes only. No information is shared with outside entities.

Data Security. Share The Care™ takes data security very seriously and has implemented appropriate physical and electronic procedures to protect and secure the information that you share with us. Share The Care™ stores information internally in a controlled, secure environment.

Data Integrity. Share The Care™ enables sharing of personal information only in ways compatible with the purposes of the group site, which is to support collaboration and communication among the members of the group to which you belong.

Access. All individuals providing personal information must agree to these Terms of Use, and in so doing, have access to their personal information to correct, amend, or delete. If for some reason an individual no longer has the ability to sign in to a group to which they were a member, upon request, Share The Care™ grants individuals reasonable access to personal information that it holds about them, and will take reasonable steps to permit individuals to correct, amend, or delete information that is demonstrated to be inaccurate or incomplete.

Enforcement. Share The Care™ utilizes a self-assessment approach to assure its compliance with the Privacy Policy, and periodically verifies that the policy is accurate, comprehensive for the type information intended to be shared, prominently displayed, completely implemented, and in conformity with the Safe Harbor Framework.

Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our web site.

As a condition of your use of the web site, you will not use the web site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any Share The Care™ server, or the network(s) connected to any Share The Care™ server, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the web site. The web site provides its users (called group members) access to a private group designed to support collaboration and communication amongst the members of the group. The web site may contain blogs, calendars, bulletins, and shared documents designed to help you to collaborate with others within your group (each a "Collaboration Service" and collectively " Collaboration Services"). You agree to use the Collaboration Services only to post, send and receive messages and material that are proper and, when applicable, related to the particular Collaboration Service.  Always use caution when giving out any personally identifiable information about yourself, family, and friends (particularly children).

Share The Care™ reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as Share The Care™ deems necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in Share The Care™' sole discretion.

Share The Care™ does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any Collaboration Services and, therefore, Share The Care™ specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Collaboration Services and any actions resulting from your participation in any Collaboration Services. Coordinators and members are not authorized Share The Care™ spokespersons, and their views do not necessarily reflect those of Share The Care™.

SPAM EMAIL AND POSTINGS

You agree that Share The Care™ would be irreparably harmed by the use, by you or others, of the web site or facilities in connection with the transmission of spam newsgroup postings or unsolicited email in violation of these Terms of Use, and that Share The Care™ is entitled to obtain injunctive relief against any such transmission (in addition to all other remedies available at law or in equity). Share The Care™ reserves the right to block, filter or delete unsolicited email.

INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Share The Care™, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders, partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your submissions, your use of the web site, including any use by your employees, your connection to the web site, your violation of the Terms of Use, or your violation of any rights of another.
